Changes to Unaddressed Mail during peak

Australia Post is making some temporary changes to their Unaddressed Mail service.

  • Bookings will be accepted for contract or government customers only.
  • All bookings for delivery between 23 November 2020 and 08 January 2021 must be placed by 09 November 2020.
  • Bookings will be assessed by Operations on a case by case basis to confirm capacity for delivery.
  • Australia Post is unable to accept Unaddressed Mail bookings for deliveries between 23 November 2020 and 8 January 2021 from customers without an Australia Post contract.
  • Premium service bookings will also be unavailable from 23 November 2020 until 8 January 2021, with deliveries recommencing from 11 January 2021.
  • There will be no Unaddressed Mail delivered between 21 December 2020 and 1 January 2021.
  • No surcharges will be applied between 21 December 2020 and 8 January 2021.
  • Additional delivery days may be required should deliveries not be completed in the requested week.
  • Bookings for week commencing 4 January 2021 must lodge the articles on 18¬†or 21¬†December 2020.
