Solution was three fold:
1. Fix the causes of the jams, to ensure smooth initial input into the print head ares.
2. Clean the encoder on the back of the machine. When back panel was removed, encoder was covered in fine ink mist and paper dust.
3. Clean the paper feed sensor, located inside the machine by removing the front left panel and using a small bristle brush. It’s the first sensor out of the paper stacker.Mark ProsserModeratorPrior to every job; check and clean paper feed rollers in the tower.
Cleaning solution: Isopropyl Alcohol and lint free cloth.
