When sending a large PDF file, maybe over 1,000 pages to the Astrojet M1 Edge printer to print, if printing in ‘Reverse Order’ is checked in print settings, once the file has spooled, the file is not printed in reverse order.
Solution Was to break down large PDF’s into approx. 300 pages and send those individually.
The unfortunate bug was only discovered after 5,000 sheets had already printed. Which were required to be manually reverse ordered, taking many hours to complete and delaying a mail out until the next day.
