Dear Visa User,
We have recently been advised of a couple of changes required for Print Post labels to support new processing requirements and to correct Delivery Office references.
This has meant that we have produced a replacement version of the March 2018 VISA Customer database outside of our normally twice yearly update cycle.
For customers who lodge bulk Print Post mailings we request that you download this new database and follow the update procedures provided. If you do not lodge Print Post there are no impacts in continuing with the current version, but you are welcome to update your database if you choose.
Changes:
• Expert code: 5221 (Print POST Postcode PP Prio LL)
• Expert code: 5222 (Print POST Postcode PP Reg LL)
• Expert Code: 5223
• Postcode Fix for – Expert Code: 4421, 5221, 5222, 5223
Postcode 5092 from Merredin
To Modbury North DCNOTES:
After completing the database update, for above changes,
Depending on the plan, follow action point a or b.a) If this occurs in a label plan you have created yourself, please delete the invalid/out-dated labels, and re-add them to the plan.
b) If this occurs on a label plan you have imported from those previously supplied by Australia Post, please delete label plans where invalid labels occur and re-import the updated label plans provided in the Label Plans folder on the label plans folder.
Please advise is you have any issues.
Kind Regards,
The Visa Team
