Envelope jams prior to feed into print area

Envelopes jam prior to feeding into print area, typically on the left side, or side closest to front of machine.

If the envelopes are not completely flat, or if there is a natural curl, or the right side of the envelope is bend down, it will catch on the hole and crunch the envelope.

Quick fix was to tape over the hole and now envelopes will feed even if they are slightly curved.
