Fault: Double feed into tower causes machine fault.
Frequency: Depending on stock, every 20 to 50 sheets.
Temporary Fix: Break and air stock, load into tray in reverse wedge, manually monitor machine input and physically prevent double feeds. Adjusting separator settings has not fixed this fault.
Long term Fix: Neopost service technician.
