Over the coming months, should I become unavailable for any reason, I have business continuity plans in place to ensure that website enquiries and quote requests will be redirected to a trusted mail house partner.
Because I am a sole trader and work alone, I have built a dead man’s switch, and if triggered, will advise all current customers the contact details of the trusted mail house partner.
